Circulation pump is started by temperature controller according to the temperature of solar collector, cycle pump makes heat transmission medium carry out passive heat exchange between water storage tank and heat exchange, in this way, the temperature of the water in the storage tank is gradually raised.

Active Closed Loop Solar Water Heating Systems: 
Closed Loop Solar Heating Systems are suitable for single and multible solar heating application systems, e.g. domestic solar water heating, solar water heating hot tub, solar swimming pool heating or solar space heating systems.The Closed Loop Solar Systems are suitable for areas with questionable water quality and all climate conditions.The Closed Loop Solar Heating Systems are the preferred option for extremely cold areas. 

Operation: 
The controller will switch on the pump when the temperature at the collector sensor TC is higher than the return temperature TR by at least the pre selected (delta T) amount. 
The pump circulates a heat transfer liquid around the loop. 
Heat from the collector is transferred to the domestic water through the heat exchange coil in the tank. 
With the pump running, if delta T is not met, the pump will switch odd. 
When a present tank temperature is reached at Tmax, the controller switches off the pump.

U Pipe Solar Collector

 U Pipe Solar Collector 
 
 The U type series solar collector are always connected with existing heating supply device, The selective coating on the inner cover of the evacuated tube converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to metal U pipe by an aluminum fin. The liquid (usually a glycol-water antifreeze mixture) in the metal U tube is heated, and conducts the heat energy to the water inside the storage tank through plate exchanger or internal spiral coils.
The U pipe collector adopt the fins with fast radiation speed so it has the advantage of high temperature and fast heat transfer speed. There is no water in the vacuum tubes, the water scale will not come into being, so there is no damage of blast and the lifetime is longer and performance is better.

Heat pipe series solar collectors are all-glass evacuated tubes combined with inside metal heat pipes. 
The selective coating on the inner tube converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers to the heat pipe by an aluminum fin. 
The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapour which rises to the condenser. 
The heat conducts to the liquid (anti-freeze liquid—glycol or water) inside the manifold copper header pipe 
and the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the base of the heat pipe. 
This continuous circulation transfers heat from the heat pipe to the manifold as long as sun is heating the collectors.
